Dining in El Bohio

Visitors who are staying in the various accommodations of Cubuy are welcome to dine at El Bohio, a private, semi-open air dining room in Cubuy.  Breakfasts are available for $10 per adult, $5 per child, and advance reservations are required.

Breakfasts include a generous fruit plate; a sweet starch such as danishes, waffles, or quesitos; a breakfast meat like bacon, ham, or sausage; plus orange juice and coffee.  We do our best to accommodate vegetarians and other dietary restrictions, but we need to be told about it in advance. Breakfast time varies; it is generally determined by the first party to sign up for it.  Please call (787) 463-6640 to make reservations.

Dinner Menu

$30 per adult, $10 for children ages 4-12, and kids age three and younger are free. Advance Reservations are Required. The first party to sign up for dinner chooses the entrée, side dish and time of dinner service. Entrees served with vegetables and either garlic mashed potatoes or rice with pigeon peas.
